At Westward Living we want to make everyone's stay as enjoyable as possible and are committed to providing suitable access to all our guests, whatever their individual access needs. We are proud to offer an inclusive holiday experience as much as we possibly can. We aim to accurately describe our facilities and services to give you the confidence to select the right self-catering cottage to suite your specific requirements.
If you have any specific requirements that will make your holiday even more special, please speak to us and we will be delighted to help. We are able to cater to almost all dietary requirements and have thought about our guests needs. If you would feel more comfortable with hypoallergenic pillows, a property with wider doors, or would prefer us to recommend a cottage with colour contrasting, just ask. We are able to offer non WIFI room options for our guests who are concerned about electro sensitivity.
We are fully aware of the challenges that families can sometimes face when booking a holiday or short break away, especially when having to consider the needs of others, we recognise that accessibility covers so many needs including (but not limited to) families with hearing loss, visual or mental impairment, older people and families with young children.
We are very proud that our Westward Living family invest heavily into team training, anyone who answers the phone will have had recent Tourism for All and Purple Angel training, and if we don’t know the answer to your query we will find out.
We are close by to some fantastic beaches and coastal footpaths which are wheelchair friendly, if you have any specific requests or would like some first-hand knowledge about any nearby attractions and places to eat which are accessible and dog friendly please give us a call on 01237 238967 or email us here. Assistance dogs are welcome in all our cottages, however please let us know if you will be travelling with an assistance dog so we can let you know which cottages will be a best match.
Full access guidelines can be found on each cottage description page, please let us know if you would prefer a hard copy to be posted to you.
