Dream Cottage is named after “My Beautiful Dream”, one of our beloved mares. Her portrait takes pride of place in the lounge area, and she always reminds us that beautiful dreams can come true.

The five-star Dream Cottage boasts a contemporary yet retro vibe. When you walk in, you will be struck by the bright living area, whose neutral décor is complemented by vivid red accents. The fully equipped kitchen features sleek red cupboards and accessories; the black granite island is accompanied by bright red stools. A comfortable leather sofa with widescreen LCD TV nestle enticingly in the corner, ready for you to snuggle in after a day seeing the local sights. Patio doors offer a glimpse of the enclosed patio with sun loungers, a private hot tub and barbecue.
The modern feel of Dream Cottage extends to the bedroom, with its contemporary artwork, fashionable gold and grey colour scheme, and a luxurious bathroom complete with indulgent whirlpool bath.

A single storey cottage located on a stud farm in Westward Ho!, with a floor space of 90 square meters with enclosed south facing outside patio with extensive rural views. Open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area with double bedroom and en suite with two person whirlpool bath.

Space for unloading and loading is adjacent to the property. Parking of vehicle 35 meters from cottage
Guests are able to preorder shopping but must be present to accept delivery
Information is given to all guests prior to arrival on local suppliers

Cottage is easily accessible for taxis
Cottage is 12 miles from nearest train station at Barnstaple
Owners will assist with carrying luggage on arrival and departure, if required
Key Collection, Welcome and Car Parking
Key collection is from the reception building during offices hours (Mon-Fri 9-5:30pm) For arrivals outside of office hours please call the office on 01237 238967 or 24-hour guest phone 07807 096997 to make suitable arrangements. For guests arriving out of hours without phone please knock on door at main house Duckhaven Stud upon arrival.
