Let them treat you to a bespoke  in cottage dining menu in the comfort of your luxury home-from-home. Using the finest, freshest ingredients sourced locally here in North Devon, the team will create and serve an indulgent menu, just as you'd expect from a fine-dining restaurant. After all, what are luxury holidays all about?

Focussing on the very best local ingredients, expect dishes such as pan roasted cod loin with saffron sautéed potatoes, rack of lamb with a rosemary minted crust and goats cheese, pear and caramalised onion tart. And for dessert, indulgent treats include salted caramel and chocolate tart, champagne poached pear and raspberry sorbet and trio of chocolate.   Although the menu changes regularly to incorporate seasonal produce, it stays utterly delicious.
